It has incidence of theft and other forms of partner crimes especially the vicinity of the subway station. The best you can do when in Hermannplatz is to be on the lookout and always ensure that your things are safe.
5. Alexanderplatz
However, the station is located at Alexanderplatz-a famous square in Berlin, and one thing must be noted- pickpocketing and scams exist there. On several occasions as a tourist we should be careful with our property hence the importance of keeping an eye on our belongings at all times.
